The Amy’s EDU team had a blast at the 26th Annual Gathering of Games conference in Dallas, Texas! The annual conference put on by The Great Game of Business brings together seasoned Open Book Management practitioners and OBM-curious business leaders together to share best practices in a dynamic environment.

Our session provided business leaders with the Amy’s EDU problem-solving method for teams big and small; the PVTM Model. As promised, you can find a PDF copy of our session resource guide here. “Stop, Collaborate, and Listen: Problem Solving for Busy Teams” is a step-by-step presentation on how to lead your team through problem identification, alignment, defining what “done” looks like, and how each person is responsible for their part of the solution. All while keeping you laughing while learning (in true Amy’s EDU fashion).

The conference wasn’t all fun and games for us…well, yes, it was. Here’s a video of the Amy’s EDU team’s first fear bond!

As always, we had a blast at the conference and met so many new friends from all over the country. We can’t wait until next year!
